Riding the bike!
Today is the second day that I've taken the bicycle to work.
It takes about 30-40 minutes in each direction and I can feel it in my thighs. We have a shower at work so I can push myself going there too.
Today I also stopped by at the gym for a quick (just over half an hour) workout on my back and arms.
Hopefully I can keep this up all of September as well.

I took my bicycle to work also :) but that was only 15min but in many uphill slopes ;P
but yesterday I took a long ride, over 3 swedish miles to Voxna and back again just because I felt for it ;P
hope too that I can keep up with this, the exercise i mean :) but we shouldn't push ourselves to hard at the beginning ;) Kram Rune
According to Google Maps it's 9.1 km to my work and 6.1 to Lund C
So a little under two miles a day should be good exercise.
You are right though, don't over do it in the beginning, I got sick and couldn't do anything for three weeks last time.
Today I was at the Gym for an hour after biking into the city.
Med eller utan sadel? :-)
